Your Local Soft Wash Crew on the Northern Beaches

Mighty Mates Softwash started with a simple idea: treat every home like it's our own. Based in Avalon Beach, we saw too many Northern Beaches homes getting blasted by high-pressure guns that stripped paint and damaged render, or handed off to subcontractors who didn't care about the result. We reckoned there was a better way.

So we built one. We specialise in soft washing, the low-pressure, biodegradable method that lifts mould, algae, lichen and grime at the root, instead of blasting it off and hoping for the best. It's gentler on your home, safer for your garden and pets, and the results last longer. For hard surfaces like driveways and paths, we bring out the pressure cleaner, but always with care.

Northern Beaches properties cop a unique mix of salt spray, humidity and shade, and that means mould and black streaks show up fast. We know because we live here too. We understand the conditions, we know which surfaces need a gentle touch, and we turn up with the right gear and the right approach for your place, not a one-size-fits-all blast.

We're owner-operated, which means the person you speak to on the phone is the person who'll be on-site doing the work. No subcontractors, no call centres, no surprises. We walk the job with you first, explain exactly what we're doing, and send before and after photos so you can see the difference. We show up when we say we will, and we back every job with a satisfaction guarantee.

That's what Looking after your place like it's ours. means to us. It's not a tagline, it's how we work. It's why our customers keep coming back and why they recommend us to their neighbours. If you're after a local crew who'll look after your place properly, give us a call.
